Upgrade your GRABO HIGH FLOW Vacuum Lifter with interchangeable suction plate options designed to maximize holding power on large, heavy, and extremely porous materials. These modular suction plates allow professionals to tailor their GRABO High Flow setup based on material size, weight, and surface condition.
The Suction Plate 400 takes performance to the next level by gripping a larger surface area. Measuring 400 mm (16″ x 16″), this heavy-duty plate significantly increases holding capacity to up to 242 lbs (110 kg), compared to the standard plate’s 150 lbs (68 kg) rating. It is ideal for oversized pavers, large-format porcelain, concrete slabs, and highly porous materials where added stability is critical.
The Suction Plate 300 is the standard plate included with the GRABO High Flow. Measuring 300 mm (12″ x 12″), it offers a reliable holding capacity of up to 150 lbs (68 kg) and is suitable for most tile, stone, and slab applications. Both plates attach quickly and securely to the High Flow unit using four spring-loaded quick-lock pins, allowing for fast changes on the jobsite.
Each plate features a modular design, enabling users to replace the standard foam seal with the SMART CUT Foam Seal for improved performance on extremely rough or porous surfaces. Built for professional installers and fabricators, these suction plates increase lifting confidence, reduce material damage, and improve overall productivity.
