The WEHA 3.5″ Turbo Diamond Polishing Disc is a professional-grade stone fabrication disc designed for aggressive surface preparation, seam work, edge polishing, bevel polishing, and surface refinishing. Its rigid construction provides controlled material removal while helping maintain a flat, even surface without unwanted waves or dips, making it an excellent choice for precision countertop fabrication.
Unlike flexible polishing pads, the WEHA Turbo Disc maintains its shape during use, giving stone fabricators greater control when flattening surfaces, preparing seams, and refining edges. This rigidity is especially beneficial when preparing stone for tight seams and lamination, where maintaining a straight, consistent surface is critical.
The specialized 3.5″ flared turbo design allows the disc to reach into tighter areas and corners while providing consistent diamond contact with the stone. Whether you’re performing aggressive stock removal with a coarse grit or progressively refining the surface with finer grits, the WEHA Turbo Disc delivers smooth, controlled performance throughout the polishing process.
Available in a complete range of 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 grits, fabricators can select individual grits or build a progression for everything from initial surface preparation to fine polishing.
