Crafted with premium resin, it ensures the strongest bonds in the industry. Suitable for various surfaces including natural stone, quartz, solid surface, and sintered stone, it’s perfect for seaming, laminating, and chip repair. - Test Before Use: Always test each substrate for bonding and appearance before actual application, especially on white marble for shadowing and color matching.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure contact surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and dried for optimal bonding results.
- Tinting: The resin can be tinted with Superior Coloring Paste to match the stone color before adding the hardener.
- Mixing Instructions: Mix resin with 1%-3% of white paste hardener (BPO) by weight. At 70°F (21°C), the working time is 4-6 minutes.
- Temperature Sensitivity: Higher temperatures reduce working time, while lower temperatures extend it.
- Curing Time: The adhesive fully cures in 20 minutes, allowing work to continue with the stone.
- Indoor Use Only: Suitable for indoor applications only.
- Storage Guidelines: Store indoors at room temperature, below 75°F (24°C). Avoid direct sunlight and freeze/thaw conditions to preserve shelf life.
