The Alpha® ESC-125 replaces the popular AWS-125 Wet Stone Cutter. Redesigned with enhanced performance and user-driven features, it fully complies with OSHA’s silica dust regulations. Built based on direct feedback from fabricators, the ESC-125 meets the demands of modern countertop and sink cutout applications while prioritizing jobsite safety.

To support dry cutting in accordance with OSHA’s 2017 silica rule, the ESC-125 includes an integrated dust cover on the blade guard for efficient dust collection when connected to a HEPA vacuum. This allows users to cut dry on-site while minimizing airborne particles.

Alpha® has engineered a new aluminum manifold system for wet applications. It delivers a high-pressure water stream directly to the cutting edge, cooling the blade and flushing slurry away for cleaner cuts.

The upgraded hybrid kink-free water hose comes with a quick disconnect garden hose adapter. This ensures uninterrupted water flow and easy setup.

The included EasyOn-EasyOff Sleeve neatly bundles the power cord and hose together, reducing drag during long cuts.

For precision and control, Alpha® has moved the cutting depth adjustment to a side-mounted clamping lever. This allows for smooth, stable adjustments. Whether you’re performing step cuts for 3cm sink cutouts or grooves for reinforcement rods, the new clamping system guarantees reliable results.

Powered by a high-output motor, the ESC-125 can easily handle a wide range of materials, including granite, quartz, marble, limestone, concrete, and sintered stone — all on a standard 110V 15-amp circuit.
