Super-Duty Low-Profile Transport for Stone, Glass & Countertops
The Omni Cubed Pro-Dolly HD4 is a premium material handling dolly designed for demanding stone and countertop installations. It combines a 1,200 lb load capacity with a low-profile design for easier movement through jobsites, doorways, and tight installation areas.
For larger pieces, two HD4 dollies can be used together. This provides a combined load capacity of up to 2,400 lbs. Integrated holding clamps also help keep countertops securely attached during transport.
A major advantage of the HD4 is its Quick Release Speed Clamp. The clamp provides fast macro and micro adjustments and opens up to 4.5″ (114.3 mm). Therefore, it can accommodate thick countertops, mitered edges, and oversized profiles while keeping material secure.
The HD4 also features large 9″ flat-free, non-marking tires. Their closed-cell polyurethane construction helps absorb bumps while moving across uneven surfaces. As a result, crews get better mobility without worrying about flat tires.
In addition, the low-profile deck sits only 6-1/4″ from the ground. This provides approximately 73-3/4″ of material clearance through a standard doorway, making it easier to transport tall pieces.
Material protection is built into the HD4. Grey non-marking rubber, EPDM rail padding, protective end caps, and radiused extrusion corners help protect finished stone and glass from scratches, chips, and damaging contact points.
For easier handling when the dolly is not loaded, Omni Cubed also includes a machined billet aluminum carrying handle. Overall, the Pro-Dolly HD4 provides professional installers with a compact, high-capacity transport solution built for demanding jobs.
