The DISTAR ButtonCUT 2″ Diamond Blade is a specialized ultra-thin diamond cutting disc engineered for creating clean, precise cuts in porcelain and ceramic tile. Designed specifically for detailed fabrication work such as flush buttons, switches, outlets, sockets, and other small ceramic elements, ButtonCUT helps eliminate the tedious grinding normally required after cutting.
At only 0.8 mm (.031″) thick, the blade uses a fine diamond grain to produce an exceptionally clean edge with minimal chipping. DISTAR states that ButtonCUT can make flush-button fabrication up to three times faster by reducing or eliminating the need for additional edge grinding.
