ABACO AFJS25 SWING-ARM FORKLIFT BOOM – 6,160 LB CAPACITY
The ABACO AFJS25 Swing-Arm Forklift Boom is a heavy-duty forklift attachment engineered for lifting, positioning, and handling large stone slabs in areas that are difficult to access with a conventional forklift boom. Its unique swing-arm design makes it especially useful for loading and unloading closed-top containers, maneuvering slabs in confined spaces, and working inside stone fabrication shops where clearance is limited.
Unlike a standard straight forklift boom, the ABACO Swing-Arm Forklift Boom can be positioned at multiple angles, giving operators greater flexibility when reaching and positioning heavy slabs. The swing arm features 4 locking positions and can extend up to approximately 109-7/16″ (2,780 mm), allowing the lifting point to reach areas that would otherwise be difficult to access with a forklift.
BUILT FOR STONE SLAB & COUNTERTOP HANDLING
The AFJS25 is an excellent material-handling solution for granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain and other large-format stone slabs. Pair it with an appropriate slab lifter or lifting device to create a versatile system for moving heavy material around fabrication shops, warehouses and container unloading areas.
Its heavy-duty construction provides a maximum Work Load Limit of 6,160 lbs (2,800 kg) in its shortest configuration. As the boom is extended, its allowable lifting capacity decreases, with a maximum load of 1,540 lbs (700 kg) when fully extended. Always follow the manufacturer’s rated load requirements for the specific boom position.
